Payment Information

How do I pay?

All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and the Unique Mobiles secure check-out system offers a variety of payment methods.

Credit or Debit Card

Visa and Mastercard are accepted through Australia's premier online payment system eWay. We accept both credit and debit cards through eWay's PCI compliant connection and this, in combination with Unique Mobiles VeriSign Extended Validation SSL certificate, ensures that your information is encrypted to the highest possible level and no payment data is stored on our servers, so your information is extremely well protected and secure at all times.

Pay by phone

If you prefer not to submit your credit card details over the internet, please call us on 1300 729 101 at any time and one of our consultants will be happy to process your payment over the phone.

PayPal

PayPal is a convenient way to pay online – because you don't have to re-enter financial information each time you buy. Pay from your PayPal account (which is free to set up) which PayPal then 'refills' by drawing on your credit card, debit card or bank account. Our SSL server interacts securely with PayPal to ensure that your private information is kept confidential and not shared at any time.To learn more about PayPal or set up an account just visit www.paypal.com.

We accept payment only from verified PayPal account with confirmed address. We understand that a confirmed address is not possible for certain countries; therefore we may still process your order with unverified addresses, depending on the outcome of our internal verification process. If required, we may request for supporting documents, i.e utility bill showing your shipping address.

Direct Deposit or EFT

Unique Mobiles banks with Westpac and we accept direct deposit and electronic funds transfers. Our bank account details (BSB and Account number) are provided to you during the check-out process and you will be able to make payment once your order is placed. (Note: This is not a BPay service)

Fraud Prevention

Due to the high incidence of online credit card fraud, Unique Mobiles may choose, at its own discretion, to perform checks to confirm the authenticity of any payments made by credit card. These checks may include requests for proof of ID, proof of Billing/Shipping Address or verification of a small refundable mystery debit (between $0.01 and $1.00) to your card (note: eWay Trasnsactions will be marked as from MyMobile Group). (You tell us the amount debited from your account to verify ownership of the card - Make sure you look out for emailed instructions).

If you have selected to make payment by Secure Credit Card (via eWay) and do not agree to Unique Mobiles performing any of these checks, then please change your payment method to either Direct Deposit or PayPal as your order will be processed and shipped more promptly. Orders paid by credit card may take up to 3 business days to process before shipping.
