Unique Mobiles is an authorised distribution centre for leading brand Mobile phones & Electronics, We sell on behalf of the Manufacturer. Liability for each product rests with the Manufacturer. All Manufacturers have authorised service centers Australia wide who are there to service you in need of a warranty claim. Unique Mobiles is happy to assist you with any warranty issues.

Unique Mobiles offers warranty on all products sold. Please retain your Tax Invoice as proof of purchase as this will be required for MANUFACTURER warranty purposes. We also recommend retaining all standard sales packaging and accessories as these are required for ELF returns. Please refer to the table below for important warranty information. If on the tax invoice you received your item is marked RM beside the description please contact Unique Mobiles for all warranty claims including ELF.

ELF = Early Life Failure
Please note: ELF/Warranty does not cover faults caused by physical or liquid damage.

  • If your item develops a fault within the ELF Period, please contact warranty@uniquemobiles.com.au immediately for instructions on how to return your item for replacement/repair. Please include your Contact Details, Docket Number, Item and Description of Fault with your email.
  • If your item develops a fault outside the ELF Period but within the WTY Period, please contact the relevant manufacturer as listed above.
  • Return postage of faulty items is the responsibility of the Buyer - no exceptions. Unique Mobiles will cover the cost of sending replaced/repaired items.
  • Unique Mobiles reserves the right to await ELF approval from the manufacturer prior to replacing an item if we suspect the fault may be due to physical or liquid damage..
  • Returned items found to be faulty due to physical or liquid damage will not be replaced/repaired and will incur a $35.00 processing fee.

 

 

Product Availability & Website Accuracy

  • Whilst we make every attempt to maintain stock of every item we offer on our website, from time to time some items may be out of stock due to delays and supply issues with our suppliers and distributors. We will provide you with timely notification of any out of stock or delayed item.
  • We take pride in providing you with correct and current information regarding our products, however from time to time the information may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted and paid for your order). Unique Mobiles reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for such products.

  • Unique Mobiles reserves the right to amend, change or omit the site within the World Wide Web at our discretion.
  • We are constantly monitoring your order and payment. If we find your payments or orders doubtful, we reserve the right to hold and investigate those transactions. Transactions would not proceed before the investigation has been finalized.
  • We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
  • We will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise.

  • Promotion Codes are for private buyer’s use only. Unique Mobiles reserves the right to cancel / reject the use of any promotional code with any Wholesale or Bulk orders.
  • Only one promotional code can be used at any one time.
  • Promotion codes are valid for orders placed on www.uniquemobiles.com.au website only.
  • Unique Mobiles reserves the right to cancel a promotion at anytime .
  • Promotion codes must be entered at the time of the sale through Checkout to apply. Promotion codes cannot be applied once an order has been paid and completed.
  • Promotions are valid for the period advertised or whilst stocks last.
  • Wholesale customers are excluded from the use of any promotions unless authorisation is first received from Unique Mobiles.

Prepaid Mobile Phone Service Terms and Conditions

Handsets are locked to the relevant network. A fee applies if network locking is removed within 6 months from activation. (For specific charges please speak to your service provider). Limit 2 prepaid services per customer. No Rainchecks. Prices are subject to change without notice. Unique Mobiles reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order at our discretion.

AMTA Mobile Prepaid Service requirements

On July the 1st 2008 the AMTA (Australian Mobile Telecommunications Association) introduced a new process for customers purchasing a prepaid service, By Law certain details must be sighted and recorded on prepaid mobile services when a customer purchases a prepaid mobile service. The provisions of this law can be located on the ACMA website at www.acma.gov.au For Unique Mobiles to comply with this service we have to introduce a new delivery service level “ Air Lock delivery” The customer is required to provide Identification to the delivery driver at the time of delivery to comply with the requirements of the AMTA. The Courier driver has the right to refuse delivery for any customer who does not comply. For a list of different levels of identification required please visit the AMTA website www.amta.org.au

By law your prepaid mobile telephone account cannot be activated unless you provide the requested information. The information provided by you at the time of purchase and your identification details collected on the day of delivery will be held by Unique Mobiles and will not be disclosed unless required or authorised by or under law.

Network Stock

All mobile phones are purchased from Authorised suppliers Australia Wide. A range of mobile phone for sale on our website may include network software, settings or shortcuts that the service provider has preloaded on the mobile phone. This software will not affect the performance of the mobile phone with any other carrier and in most cases can be changed or switched off through the settings on your mobile phone. This software does not mean the Mobile Phone is Locked. If we are advertising the phone as outright it will accept any compatible sim card.
